It's been a long road but we are finally on a path to market for our Sea Level Oat Vodka. We are officially in production! On July 28th we purchased 1,500 pounds of locally grown oats and delivered them to our partner distillery, Fish Hawk Spirits in Ocala, FL. The first phases of making oat vodka require lots of steps. We malt some of the oats and flake the rest of them to be used in the mash. Anyway, the process has begun and we should have oat vodka samples to taste by December...if all goes well, Sea Level Oat Vodka should hit the shelves by Spring 2016 :-)
